Calendar Roll Hard Chrome Plating
Quality of the PVC film,directly depends on the quality and surface finish of the Calendar Roll.We have complete mastery over Grinding, Hard Chrome Plating and Mirror Finishing of Calendar Rolls: -
Grinding: Using precision German Machines, we can grind the rolls to 3-5 micron geometric accuracy.
Hard Chrome Plating: Improves abrasive wear and tear of the roll. Also improves the gloss on the roll.
Mirror Finishing: Improves the gloss imparted to the finished product.
